CVS Pharmacy, Inc., 982 F.3d 1204 (9th Cir. 2020), was a case related to whether the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 provides a disparate impact cause of action for plaintiffs alleging disability discrimination, decided by the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 2020. It was appealed to the United States Supreme Court as CVS Pharmacy, Inc. v. Doe (Docket 20–1374), but settled and was dismissed before argument the following year.
