Returns & Refunds
We want you to have exactly what you ordered. Because of that, we only accept returns for items that arrived incorrect or damaged - we are unable to accept returns for any other reason.
What qualifies for a return
To be eligible, the incorrect item you received must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. To process the return we will also need:
- a photo of the incorrect item you received, and
- your order number.
How to start a return
Begin by reaching out through our contact form. We will reply to request the photo of the item. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping address along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not ship anything back before requesting a return - items sent to us without an approved request cannot be accepted.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Our return window is 7 days from the date you receive your order.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If it is approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that your bank or credit-card company may need additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still have not received it, please get in touch.
