The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy is the graduate school for international relations at Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. It is one of America's oldest graduate schools of international relations, enrolling approximately 500 students, with a substantial share drawn from dozens of countries worldwide.

The school was established in 1933 through the bequest of Austin Barclay Fletcher, who left over $3 million to Tufts University upon his death in 1923. Fletcher envisioned a school to prepare people for diplomatic service with expertise in international law, geography, and economics affecting international relations. Initially operating under joint Harvard and Tufts administration, Tufts assumed full responsibility in 1935.
